Tom was extremely quick and efficient. He did an excellent job of summarizing the work he would be doing before hand and walked me through what was done afterwards so there were no surprises.
For this job he needed to shut off our gas temporarily and afterwards he was sure to make sure our furnace and water heater were good to go. He even went the extra mile to walk me through relighting my water heaters pilot light incase it were to go out after he left.
